Pork loin is cut from the back of a pig. It usually come attach with rib bones, which we have removed. We are providing you with the boneless version so it can be easily prepared for cooking.

While the meat is fairly lean, it comes with a thick cap of fat on top. That can give your cooked dish a great flavour. It can be easily removed after cooking if you are not intending to eat it.

It is best for grilling it over moderate heat. You can also seared it before slowly roasting the pork loin in the oven. You have to make sure not to overcooked it, else the meat will become tough.
